CREDAI Hyderabad Elects New Managing Committee for 2025–27

CREDAI Hyderabad, a leading body representing real estate developers in the city, has officially announced the newly elected members of its Managing Committee for the term 2025–2027. Through a democratic internal election process, key members were chosen to steer the organization forward during a period of dynamic growth and transformation in the Hyderabad real estate sector.

Mr. Venu Vinod has been elected as President of CREDAI Hyderabad for the term. With decades of experience in the real estate industry, his leadership is expected to bring innovation, collaboration, and policy-driven reforms that support sustainable urban development. His appointment reflects the organization’s trust in his strategic vision and ability to represent the sector in regional and national forums.

Alongside Mr. Vinod, the new team comprises other seasoned professionals who will hold critical executive and advisory roles. Mr. Pradeep Reddy has been named President-Elect, putting him in line to take over leadership in the following term. Mr. Ram Reddy will now serve as Chairman, while Mr. P. Rama Krishna Reddy will assume the role of General Secretary for the 2025–27 tenure.

Other key executives include Mr. Ramesh Babu as Secretary and Mr. Uday Bharath as Treasurer. Together, this team also includes Joint Secretaries and Executive Committee Members drawn from across the sector, ensuring diverse representation and a wide scope of expertise.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Venu Vinod emphasized the importance of collaborative engagement between real estate developers and government authorities to resolve industry challenges, enhance transparency, and contribute to the holistic development of Hyderabad. He reaffirmed CREDAI Hyderabad’s commitment to promoting ethical business practices and augmenting affordable housing opportunities.

As part of its future roadmap, the newly elected committee is expected to focus on digital transformation, greener building practices, scalability of infrastructure, and fortifying industry-academic linkages to build the future workforce.
